Need Help With Possible Paranormal Activity?
If you or someone in your household is experiencing unexplained activity in or near Greensburg, PA, or Westmoreland County, we may be available to offer guidance and, in some cases, a formal investigation. We do not guarantee that we will accept your case. We do not charge for investigations. Donations are always optional and never required, but are appreciated if you choose to offer one.
How to Prepare for an Investigation:
Before we move forward, please complete a two-week activity log. This log should include dates, times, and descriptions of any experiences or events currently going on. You may submit this in whatever format works best for you—handwritten notes, a document on your phone or computer, photos, videos, or voice recordings. Or use our form below!
Once completed, you’ll email this information to us after submitting the contact form, and once we’ve reached out.
If you’ve participated in any occult-related activities, please let us know. This includes (but isn’t limited to) Ouija boards, rituals, conjuring, Wicca, witchcraft, or the use of personal ghost-hunting equipment or apps. We don’t judge—we just need accurate background information.
Clients are asked to document:
- Dates, times, and frequency of experiences
- Descriptions of activity
- Environmental changes (renovations, new electronics, stressors, pets)
- Previous inspections or repairs
- Photos or videos, if available
Cases may be delayed or declined if documentation is incomplete or concerns arise.
Submit Your Request

We typically respond within 24 hours.
Submitting a form does not guarantee an investigation. In some cases, we may determine that an on-site visit isn’t necessary. We’ll still do our best to help, whether through advice, explanation, or referrals.
If Your Case Is Accepted
- If we believe we can assist, we’ll start with a formal phone interview with everyone involved.
- Next, we’ll schedule a walkthrough of the property to establish baseline readings and assess the situation. A walkthrough does not automatically mean a full investigation will follow.
- If we move forward, we’ll provide paperwork covering consent and liability. These forms protect both you and our team and allow us to create a structured plan.
How Investigations Work
- Investigations are conducted on Saturdays between the hours of 4 PM and 12 AM
- A property owner must be present during an investigation.
- Evidence review can take up to two weeks.
- Some cases may require a second investigation for confirmation.
We do not cleanse homes, remove spirits, or perform any spiritual intervention. Our role is strictly investigative.
You will receive any evidence we collect.
All private investigations remain strictly confidential. Your information and evidence are never shared with anyone but you. We DO NOT post any details on social media.
DISCLAIMER: The information you provide helps us decide whether a private paranormal investigation is appropriate. Submitting this form does not guarantee that an investigation will be scheduled.
- We offer investigation services only. We do not provide spiritual guidance, psychic readings, cleansings, medical advice, or mental health services.
- Any findings are observational and interpretive. An investigation may identify natural or environmental explanations, and results may not match personal expectations or beliefs.
- By submitting this form, you confirm that you are the property owner or have the owner’s permission and that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- All private investigations are handled with strict confidentiality. No information will be shared publicly.
Reasons We May Not Accept a Case
We carefully review every request. A case may not be accepted if:
- The request is for cleansing, removal, blessings, psychic readings, or spiritual guidance, which we do not provide
- The property owner has not given consent, or it cannot be confirmed
- The situation appears to involve medical, mental health, or safety concerns outside the scope of an investigation
- Expectations are fixed or absolute, and there is no openness to natural or environmental explanations
- When conclusions about what is happening are already firmly set, leaving little room for an objective investigation
- The reported activity does not meet our investigative criteria
- The location or circumstances present safety, access, or liability concerns
- The case involves active disputes, legal matters, or third-party conflicts
- Incomplete, inconsistent, or unverifiable information is provided
If a case is not accepted, it does not mean that your experiences aren’t real or important—only that they may fall outside what we can investigate responsibly.
