Investigation Report

Environmental Conditions:
Hot and clear weather conditions throughout the investigation.

Ambient Noise:
Although the windows are old and allow some outside sound to enter, the location is relatively isolated. Much of the building consists of cement flooring, and due to the large size of the structure, investigators were divided into three to four small teams that were able to work in separate areas without overlap.

EMF Readings:
No abnormal EMF readings were recorded.

Building Structure:
A large brick structure in partial disrepair with a damp, musty basement. Electricity and plumbing were limited primarily to a small office area. The “Time Clock Hallway” contains visibly uneven floors, walls, and ceilings, creating spatial distortion commonly referred to as a “funhouse effect.” A leveling tool was used to confirm structural irregularities.

Personal Experiences

In the “Noisy Hallway,” investigators reported hearing knocking and shuffling sounds coming from adjacent rooms. Savannah and Chris both reported hearing distinct knocking in response to a direct question.

While attempting interaction in one area, Savannah used a balloon as a visual trigger object while addressing what was believed to be a child’s presence. The balloon suddenly popped without visible cause, an event captured on video.

Mike and Michelle reported hearing clear footsteps in the basement. Initially, they believed this to be other team members; however, the basement ceiling is constructed of concrete, eliminating foot traffic above as an explanation.

Evidence Collected

During a spirit box session, communication appeared to reference an individual named “Angelo,” reportedly associated with a death at the location. In response to a question, the device produced the phrase “My neck break.”

Multiple EVPs were captured in the basement during a recorded conversation between Mike and Michelle.

Conclusions

No conclusions have been reached at this time. Based on persistent audio events, consistent personal experiences, and recorded anomalies, Hill View Manor remains a strong candidate for continued investigation. A return visit is scheduled for 2025 to pursue further data collection and review.
